The products on display on our homepage or in our catalogues are aimed at buyers from the catering, retail and industrial sectors.

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP) net ex VAT ex works from Landsberg am Lech. For orders of a net worth up to 250 GBP we calculate a surcharge of 10%; for orders of a net worth of between 251 and 500 GBP we calculate a surcharge of 5%.

If you are ordering from an EU member state (outside Germany) and you can give your VAT number when ordering we will not charge German VAT once the VAT number has been confirmed.

We take orders via the Shopping Basket function, by e-mail, fax, letter or phone. The incoming orders are confirmed by us in writing. All prices and delivery terms and conditions stated at the order confirmation stage are valid.

Deliveries are made through shipping companies and shipping costs are charged accordingly. The shipping costs appear on the order confirmation and include the costs of transport insurance and transport packaging.

Payment must be made by prepayment or credit card. In the case of bank transfers (payment to be received before delivery) we offer an interest rebate of 2% of the invoice amount.
